Daisy Fuentes is the Cuban-born American model and TV host who broke barriers as MTV's first Latina VJ and as Revlon's first Latina 'face' and spokesperson.

Born in Cuba and raised in Spain, Daisy and her family then moved to the US and while studying she was hired as the weather-girl for the local TV station. Shortly after, she moved on to national syndication with Univision as the weather anchor and reporter for the evening news and never looked back :)

In 1988, Daisy was the host of MTV Internacional, a one-hour Spanish-language music show that aired in Latin America and the U.S on Telemundo Network. Later, Daisy joined MTV in 1993, becoming MTV's first Latina VJ. Daisy also was the host of the fashion and modelling series, House of Style.

Daisy became a household name across the US :)

Today, Daisy's resume is absolutely legion and she has got to be one of the hardest working models and TV hosts anywhere !!
