Coleus Jazz Ruby Solenostemon Scutellarioides is a tropical perennial plant native to Africa and Asia. Coleus Jazz Ruby seeds can be started in pots indoors, and Coleus is mostly grown as an annual that is commonly called Flame Nettle, Painted Nettle or Painted Leaf. Coleus Jazz is a very compact, dense variety that grows only 10 inches tall, and features very showy, extra large, red-ruby leaves. 

Coleus Jazz Ruby makes a beautiful exotic display in shade containers and gardens.
