Tips:
To achieve a true quality color that will apply without streaking, it is essential to mix properly the pigments to the white base or to other pigments, you need to grind your pigments thoroughly with a grinder or with a mortar & pestle.
The iron oxides are quite potent. I suggest using fewer iron oxides than you think you'll need.
You can easily adjust this formula to your skin tone by adding more yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide or if you have darker skin tone add very small quantities of black iron oxide.
When making liquid eyeliner or mascara, soak the pigments first with the oil of the recipe
