Shipping
● Please Note!! We DON'T SHIP to Italy.
● After the payment received, please allow us to prepare and wrap the items
and ship out within 3 business days during our local post office business
hours, Monday to Friday. All Items are shipped with a box, and they are
wrapped in a bubble sheet to protect them during the transit.
● We ONLY SHIP TO PayPal Seller Protection Address.
● We ship all regular parcels via Registered Airmail Parcel, estimated needed
14 business days to delivery. However completely dependent on buyer's
local postage service since all foreign parcels need to pass
the inspection of all countries' Custom Departments.
No one can control the shipment under this process.
● The Confirmation/Tracking number would be provided to buyer. But online
tracking service is depended on buyer's local shipping carrier if available.
After we ship out the item, buyer's local shipping carrier
has the full responsibility for it since all registered airmail
would be only released by addressee's signature.
Buyers have to contact with their local shipping carriers
when items didn't arrive in the estimated time to set up
the redelivery schedule or verify the shipping status.
There are many shipping cases just be caused by the local
shipping carriers reach buyer unsuccessfully.
If the local shipping carriers didn't have any shipping info
after buyers confirmed with them. Please notice us and
buyers have to provide the unreceived item statement
as the shipping carriers required. We would file the inquiry
to investigate the matter. After the shipping carrier's
investigation, buyer can claim the compensation if the item
is verified to be lost.
● If buyer prefers EMS(International Express Mail Service), the shipping period
is estimated needed about 7 to 10 business days. Please let us know before
place the order for the extra shipping cost.
Also, welcome to let us know if you like to make multiple purchases. We gladly
offer the combined shipping discount under items can be shipped out together.
However, the combined shipping discount is various which is depended on the item.
