PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 days of the auctions end. California residents pay 9.% sales tax unless a resale certificate is filed with me. Your bid is your agreement to the terms in this policy.
SHIPPING:
Most items shipped USPS Priority Mail. I try to ship your item within 1 business day after receiving payment. I take pride in my packing skills.
INTERNATIONAL:
All items shipped by USPS International Priority Mail or 1st class mail. Actual cost. No handling fees. Please, know the limits of your country. Customs forms will be filled out accurately. Any customs duties or import taxes will be paid by buyer.
TERMS OF SALE:
Although I would make every attempt to resolve any issues, All items are sold AS IS, with no refunds, with the exception of any misrepresentation made by me (such as an overlooked flaw). Color of an item sometimes differs according to different monitors. Refunds are issued, once the item has been shipped back to me in its original condition. Shipping is not refundable.
ABOUT US:
Most of my items have been acquired through estate sales or are items out of my collections. I describe the items to the best of my ability, but most of my items are old, gently used, or antique and some are expected to have some degree of wear or use. Non smoking home. Usually no reserve. I try to have a low starting price, but anymore, I can't take the chance of something selling for less than I have in it. There is still the thrill of the auction and as a seller, it is really nice to get bids on my items before the last day! To be fair to all, I will not end any auction early if it has bids.
