This is the second (scarcer) printing on Security Backing Paper (SBP2) which are also offered as an option.
This listing does not differentiate between SBP2 orientations (SBP2i, SBP2u, sL Ls etc)  and you may receive either type of SBP2.   The picture above is a generic stock photo.
