This is a New Old Stock Item (NOS), the fact that is new old stock means its never been sold or used, but read below for all details on product.
Ink blotters were typically give-aways and were for when people wrote with fountain pens and there was to much ink on the paper, they would put the blank side down and it would absorb the excess ink. 10's of thousands of different styles were made from local to national advertising. Most feature great illustrations of and were really detailed. This was a great way to advertise back then.
This one has Great period artwork and really cool stuff that will take you back to a different time, perfect for framing.
These were distributed at your local stores as an advertisement.
These were stored in a warehouse in excellent condition with only minor flaws.( Best condition ones go to non Discounted purchases)
Many of these pieces are tough to find and pretty rare in this condition (read fully below), just really neat stuff.

Condition: Very Good color, Very Clean, flat, could be framed. potentially a minor blemish (s), as they were never perfect, always a chance of a smudge, overall a really nice unused Store Stock, with minor blems.
This is an original card and tough to find.
