This is a custom made item, made to order, based on the information provided by the buyer. In order to expedite your custom order, please make sure to: 

  1. Leave a note at checkout in PayPal with the text/name for the custom item.
  2. Follow-up with an eBay message with the same information within 1 business day of purchase. 

Custom orders will be delayed if you do not contact us with the information needed to complete your order. Most customer orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days. If we do not hear from you or you do not respond to our message, we will have to cancel and refund your order. Please note that custom patches, name tapes and dog tags are limited to 15 characters per line of text.

We do not provide returns on custom patches unless it was a mistake on our part so if you have any questions about color/size, please contact us.

How To Customize

1. Choose your thread color (if available).

2. Enter your text in the text box. All text will be capitalized.

3. CONFIRM. Confirm your text and spelling. We will do our best to catch any spelling mistakes but is up to you to confirm. 

4. Allow us time. Our custom items take 3-7 business days to produce.

Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days via First Class USPS Mail or Priority Mail. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, eBay will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, however custom orders may take longer. We do offer combined shipping. In order to receive combined shipping, please add the quantities to your cart and commit to buy, but do not pay. Instead request an invoice from us so we can combine for you. You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
