These durable and resilient casseroles are manufactured from heavy weight die-cast aluminum which distributes heat evenly. White Ceramic coating on the inside allows for healthier cooking with less fat. Casseroles come with tempered glass lids for easy viewing and are suitable for cooking on most types of hobs, including induction cookers.
USE & CARE
• Always cook on low to medium heat especially if using an induction cooker.
• Do not leave an empty casserole on the high heat for prolongued time. To preheat wipe the ceramic surface with a cloth moistened with a little oil and water, cover and leave on a low to medium heat until hot
• Always use plastic, silicone or wooden utensils to extend the life of the ceramic coating.
CAUTION! HANDLES CAN BECOME HOT AFTER PROLONGUED USE.
CLEANING
Wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly with soft cloth. Never use metal or coarse scourers or brushes.
To remove heavily burnt on food fill the casserole with warm soapy water and leave overnight then wash as usual.
