You should ensure the safe return of your item by packing it carefully and where necessary insuring the item. We also recommend using a signed for means of delivery. Post and packing costs are non refundable.

Should be returned to us and we will be responsible for the shipping costs, providing our instructions (found on your invoice) are followed. Only use special postal services if we have authorised this in writing otherwise we will only reimburse minimum charges.
