You can return the item back to us if for any reason you are not satisfied with it. Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt, and item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt.

Items must be in packed as same as received. Items will not be accepted if they are in anyway worn washed damaged or any condition that they cannot be resold again. We cannot refund the postage cost if any item want to return due to personal taste or mistakes with incorrect sizes, Refund will be issued after minus postage cost. On the returned items the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers. Please note we cannot refund any item that has not reached us.

Free postage items will be refunded minus £2.99

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer?s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the reasonable cost of return postage which will be a maximum of £3.99
