These labels are supplied on A4 sheets of brown ribbed kraft paper with a permanent adhesive, and are suitable for use with inkjet and laser printers. Kraft paper is manufactured using the “Kraft” process of producing paper pulp; this process is popular because it can be used to process a wide variety of woods, is less damaging to the fibres in the pulp, is considered to be more environmentally friendly than other processes, and produces a much stronger, higher quality pulp. The materials used to make the paper biodegrade very quickly and the paper is compostable; our labels are also unbleached and uncoated, which means they retain a natural and attractive brown colouring, while the ribbed finish adds a subtle pattern and texture to the material.
