•    The battery must be fully charged before use.
•    A temporary short capacity of new battery will result if not used for a long time. This is normal. The total capacity will be reinstated after 3-5 times of usage.
•    Use until fully drained after the three charges (usually for about 10 hours) for better battery performance. The charge time will drop to 5 hours during subsequent charges.
•    Do not use inferior chargers to recharge this battery. It may damage the battery.
•    Do not disassemble or change the structure of the battery.
•    Do not put the battery in the charger for excessive periods of times. Remove it from the charging unit once fully charged.
•    Do not expose the battery to moisture, water and high temperature environment.
•    Do not attempt to smash the battery.
•    Keep the battery away from the reach of children.
•    The best storage temperature is 20°C--5°C

Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days on receiving the payment. Combine shipping is available.

Shipping will be on ordinary shipping services without the tracking number (Economy Int'l Shipping) unless requested by the buyer. There will be an additional charge for Express and Registered shipping with tracking number. Please contact the seller before bidding/buying if you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery times.

Please make sure your shipping address is current and correct. We only use the address listed on your ebay account for delivery. Due to security reasons, we are not allowed to make address changes via email. We have no responsibility for incorrect shipping address provided in your account. 

For international shipment, the delivery address must be a residence or street address, not a P.O. Box, FPO or APO address.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery of item(s) usually will take from 15 – 38 days depending on the country. Please contact us if the item is not received by this time. There could be delays due to seasonal events in the respective country.

 

ABOUT RETURNS

All returns must be informed first. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and should be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

We may ask the Buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use. The Buyer has the responsibility to follow the test correctly.

If the item is defect or damaged due to external reasons we do not have a control of, we will make a full refund within 14 days after we receive the defect/damaged item.

The item must be returned in NEW condition and with the entire original package and accessories, including cartons, SD cards, cords, parts and instructions manual etc.

Please be advised that we do not provide a ‘return label’. You may choose any shipping agent to return the defect item to the location that we provide. The returned package needs to be labelled “Warranty Return” on the left top corner of the package.
