We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days from order completion and receipt of payment. Once the order has been completed it will be securely packed and made ready for delivery by Royal mail. We will send confirmation of the dispatch and where available issue a tracking number for use on the Royal Mail website. All UK customers orders if not stated are sent Royal Mail recorded and all international customers orders are sent Royal Mail international signed for. Generally UK customers should expect delivery 48 hours from receipt of tracking number and international customers within 7 days. If you have any problems with delivery please contact us.

Under the Distance Selling Regulation each UK customer by law is entitled to a 7 day cooling off period from receipt of purchase within which time you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. The Returns address is shown on the reverse of our packaging and also on our documents enclosed invoice. If you still need the address please drop us a line and we will be more than happy to assist.

Returns will only be accepted back in the original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Returns will be refunded within 1-2 working days of receipt. We advise that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your items. Please note that we do not refund return postage costs unless it is our mistake.

It is preferred that returns are arranged by prior agreement so that we can put a note on your sales record which in turn will speed up the returns and refund process.
