We cannot accept returns on new parts that have been fitted to a vehicle or electrical/electronic** parts unless they are faulty as once they are fitted to a vehicle they become 'used' parts and as such are deemed to be not in a re-saleable condition by us. All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch and once inspected security marked invisibly. Any returned items are then thoroughly inspected to verify the security markings and if an item is being returned as faulty it will be fully tested to confirm the fault. As with all car parts suppliers we have to implement this policy to prevent new parts being used as a diagnosis technique, it is your responsibility to have the vehicle diagnosed by a qualified technician to confirm what part you require to remedy the issue with your vehicle.

This is to prevent parts being ordered for use in diagnostics, we have no way of determining if a control unit or sensor has been fitted to a vehicle that may have a potentially harmful circuit and also since VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda do not accept returns we are therefore unable to return items directly to the manufacturer.
