Payment: Payment via Paypal is preferred. Please note that our email address for receiving Paypal payment is provided at checkout. Be sure to send us your shipping address when making Paypal payment.

Warranty: We offer money back refund of winning price for authorized return (RMA) of item within 3days from the date of delivery. Items should be in good resalable conditions as they are when shipped and delivered from us. Shipping charges are not refundable due to their unrecoverable nature. Buyer shall pay for return shipping via trackable shipping services such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.

Returns: All claims for defective product must be made within the first 14 days following delivery. A Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA) must be assigned for all returning products. You can request a RMA by eBay message or by phone. All packages with out RMA# will be hold aside until claimed. If a product arrives and has damage during postage please take digital photos of the package. In any return situation the buyer is responsible for all return postage.

Shipping: All paid orders will be processed for shipping on the same day unless paid after 2:30pm Pacific Time cut off time. Orders placed after cut off time Fridays, weekends and US Federal Holidays will be processed the following business day.
