This is a replacement m5 spire/speed clip & bolt kit, as used to secure fairings. These are the smaller of the two sizes you will need. For reference, these have the same size thread as the screen bolts.

The bolts have a 13.5mm diameter pan head with a 16mm thread. Please be aware that Aluminium is softer than steel so care should be used when tightening the bolts so as not to round off the bolts.
The bolts have an m5 thread, are 16mm in length and have a 13.5mm diameter head with a 4mm Allen Key fitment. The 13.5mm head size matches the original size fitted to your fairings as standard (but please check first). These clips are made from high quality zinc plated steel and are far superior to other similar clips on ebay.
These clips will fit panels upto 4mm thick, where others only open to 2mm.
It has taken me many hours to source the very best bolts and clips, don't settle for anything less!
