Our products ship standard USPS First Class Mail

Bigger products may ship USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Orders received after 12PM CST on Friday will ship on Monday.

All orders over $150 will require signature upon delivery. Any products which arrives damaged upon delivery will be required to be reported within 48 hours of arrival. If the box, or packaging, arrives broken, please refuse to accept the package.

Please return the exact product you received, in the condition you received it in. We record all serial numbers of the products we sell for each purchase, and verify if any are sent back. Refunds will be withheld if serial number does not match, or if the wrong item is sent back.

Please contact us if you are an international buyer or located in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

***NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS***

All international buyers should take note that we ship internationally under eBay's Global Shipping Program. Once the products leave our facility, Parts Portal is not responsible for any mishandeling, shipping delays, customs or any other charges which may occur. You make payment for international shipping charges to eBay, and if there are any issues, it is eBay who can help you, not us. If any product arrives damaged, or defective, international buyers are still responsible for return shipping charges (and customs and duty charges) to return the parts for a refund. No refund will be issued without the parts being returned, tested, and inspected. All parts must be recieved with 10 business days of RMA being issued to international buyers.

All returns are accepted within 30 days of the part being delivered to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. International buyers are responsible for shipping and custom charges.

We offer 7, 14, and 30 day warranty for all of our products. Please see specific listing for product warranty details. Warranty is limited. If the product is broken or DOA, or the wrong product arrives, it is the responsibility of the buyer to report it within 7 days of the order being delivered, no exceptions. If the product stops working, then it is covered under our warranty. We will either ship out a replacement or refund your money. Buyer is still responsible for return shipping of the product.

We do not offer exchanges for items bought by mistake, so please check the item before buying.
We ship Monday - Friday and require 1 business day to process your order. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will ship out on Monday.

We do not accept any form of tax exemptions on eBay. So please do not contact us after buying the product to refund any taxes we may have collected.

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns which are not DOA or under special circumstances. Please check compatibility on all products before buying.
