  Watches will be shipped for Free via Royal Mail First Class Delivery and will need to be signed for.

All of our watches will be shipped with tracking number. The tracking which will be add in your order when your item is posted.

All  items will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm. All orders from Friday 2pm till Monday 2pm will be dispatched on Monday. There is no dispatching on bank holidays and national holidays.

NON UK Buyers:

  Watches will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked Delivery. All NON UK buyers have to pay £10 For Shipping. All our customers within the European Union don’t have to pay any extra charges. Outside the EU we are not responsible for extra custom or duty charges.

Returns

  All items we sell are brand new. All items are inspected for faults before dispatch.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please send us a message first when you want to return the item. return by post via tracked delivery within 14 days of receiving the item.

  We will accept returns if: All tags and seals cannot be removed. Items must be unworn and all boxes and manuals must be sent.

Items that were tempered with will not be accepted (waterdamages, scratches, breakage, evident wear, removed links, removed security tabs, missing tags or if explicitly stated in product description that the item is non-returnable.)  Return shipping must include a tracking number and must be send by UK customers with Royal Mail, DHL, DPD or UPS.

Once we receive an item back, and check it, we will refund the price of the item in full.

We are however unable to refund the cost of postage & packaging.

Warranty

  Your warranty starts from the date you purchased an item.

All our watches sold on eBay come with 2 year warranty on the movement. (Automatic movement watches comes with 90 Days warranty). You get 2 year movement warranty, if there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement, we will repair or replace the watch.

  Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, condensation, damages of the bracelet, loss of stones, other parts, pins coming loose, normal wear and tear, the battery or the plating/colour.

If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us and we will assist you. Please check your watch when it arrives and come back to us in 48 hours if there is a failure on the outside of the watch or with the bracelet.

  Paypal is the quickest and safest method of payment for our customers and therefore we only accept immediate payment via Paypal.
