This diaphragm pressure pump is ideal for use in any area that requires low pressure water transfer. Easy to operate and self priming it will gives years of service. Great pump, easy to install and has a smooth and quiet operation. It is happy pumping both fresh or salt water and comes with its own filter. An automatic pressure switch ensures easy operation as it turns itself off and on as you demand the water.

It is corrosion resistant and can run dry without damage. It will even prime itself making life easy. Comes complete with easy to understand instructions. We stock a full range of spare parts (but rarely have to supply any).

This 12v pump automatically turns itself on and off when you turn the tap on and off. It will come with a filter to prevent your pump from getting blocked and 3 options of fittings to allow for your particular installation.

SHIPPING

All of our products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your cleared funds (usually shipped same day). We use Australia Post or the courier that best services your area dependant on the size and weight of your order. All orders are sent requiring a signature to protect your order. 

Tracking your parcel
All buyers who provide a valid email address with their order will be able to trace their delivery online with a unique tracking number.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

It is the full responsibility of buyers to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the check-out page before payment. If you need to change the address or contact number please send us a message letting us know immediately so this can be rectified prior to us posting.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

We cheerfully refund your money in full or exchange the item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and return the item in the original packaging to us within 30 days of receipt.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us so we may assist you with the return process. Together we will be able to sort things out!

Returns are accepted in line with our warranty conditions.

Escaping Outdoors may request photos of the item or your set-up if it is a pump to assist in the return process. When a return is authorised it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process.

Once your item is received our returns and warranty department should take no longer than 2 business days from the date the item is received to provide an outcome. Times may vary if the warranty is through an outside source.
