Deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, unless you choose the 1st Class option this service does not include any tracking information. If you require tracking you must choose the 1st class recorded option.
Deliveries from the UK to overseas are sent via Royal Mail Airmail, once in the destination country these orders are sent using that particular countries standard mail service. There is no tracking information supplied with this service. If you require tracking you must choose the international signed for option.
