Hi, Thanks for Looking.  This is a framed art piece from artist Suzanne M. Bordine of 5 Ohio Lighthouses Lorain, Vermillion, Marblehead, Cleveland, and Fairport Harbor.  It measures app. 27" long.  The professional frame is metal and shows some scratches.  No hanger. See Pictures.
