Please note that we generally accept Paypal only from overseas buyers - please contact us first before you buy if it is totaly necessary to use another form of payment.

If you have not payed us within a week for any reason please contact us and we can make an arrangement for payment or cancel your order- this is important as ebay will charge us commission on an unpaid item and after a week we must report a non-payer to ebay in order to reclaim these fees if contact with the buyer is not made.

All our ebay items are held in stock and so we aim to process and ship the same day as payment is received. We have an excellent record of super fast delivery, it's one of our service goals - check our feedback. If you wish your items to be posted same day please ensure payment is received before 1pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturday. We do go away for the occasional weekend on the bikes, so sometimes- if you order on Friday evening or Saturday your order will be sent on the Monday.

All of our posting prices are first class Royal Mail and include a small charge for packaging. For overseas we charge for the fastest but lowest possible priced method of shipping to you - (usually Royal Air Mail) Please note that this is basic service, so if you wish to add tracking or insurance please contact us and request a price. All our items have a proof of posting on shipping.

We are more than happy to give advice over the phone or email if you are unsure of any aspect of what you intend to purchase. I have an extensive overall knowledge of what part fits each year and make and whether it will do the job you intend it for. If your purchase is a mistake or does not fit we are happy to take a return and replace or refund your item. For a full refund we expect the item to be returned in the same condition as we sent it. Please contact us within 10 days.

Despite being bikers we are not superhuman and have made the occasional mistake in the past. If the item is not as described or faulty we will fully refund the item and its postage both ways as long as the item is returned to us. If the item arrives damaged please contact us immediately. Also, contact us if the item is significantly late in arriving. Please note - a couple of times overseas items have been late but have arrived shortly after the purchaser had alerted us.

Your positive feedback is important to us. As well as being an attribute to our online reputation it also assures us that you have received your item and are happy with your purchase and service. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with any aspect of your transaction please let us know ASAP so we can resolve the problem - we know we can fix it. I have been in the classic motorcycle trade for over 40 years. As well as supplying good quality spares I also repair, restore and ride classic bikes and so have a wealth of knowledge accumulated over the years through using and fitting the items listed in my ebay shop, in my workshop in Cornwall.
