On eBay, we only accept Paypal. We find it to be reliable, safe, secure and the preferred method of payment from the vast number of our customers. SHIPPING

We aim to ship all goods dispatched and received by Australia Post within 24 hours of received payment. We ship every day, Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays. We use Australia Post for nearly all deliveries as we find them to be cost effective, fast, reliable, trackable, and they deliver to all locations. This means we can deliver to industrial, commercial, and residential addresses, as well as PO Boxes. Tracking numbers will be loaded in to eBay as soon as the tracking number is generated, and the goods will be marked as posted at the same time.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to cover all return postage costs for faulty of incorrectly supplied items, as long as they are promptly reported to us after receipt. If you have changed your mind about an item you have received, or you ordered incorrectly, you will be required to cover all return postage costs. In both cases above, a refund will only be given if the goods are returned with their original packaging, unused, and fit for resale.
