This is the now-discontinued superior version with the one-piece display. 

Because there is no bar in the middle, you get a clean appearance and nice spot for the move counter, plus the more compact design. Not to mention that it is now a collector's piece.

Very rare clock that I've hardly ever used. Never once used in a tournament game and works perfectly.
