5) This dongle is network unlocked. It can be used with any supported SIM cards. Relevant access points would need to be configured manually for data access. These are network dependent. Please refer to your network provider for further guidance. For GiffGaff, these access point settings are as follows;

6) The maximum upload and download speeds are as per manufacturer and/or network specifications and has been tested in ideal conditions. Actual speeds may be lower due to carrier capabilities and/or device, signal strength, quality and network load.

7) Please make sure that the areas where the mobile would be frequently used has coverage. GiffGaff uses O2 network infrastructure, therefore O2 coverage map is applicable to it.

8) Please make sure you read the network provider’s terms and condition and make sure you pay attention to any speed checks and tethering restrictions before using a SIM. In case of GiffGaff speedchecks and NO tethering allowed only apply to the Always ON £20 GoodyBag after 6GB of use where speed is reduced to 256kbps from 8 am to midnight. However full 4G speeds will resume from midnight to 7.59 am.

9) There are EE branding on the Dongle User Interface due to the dongle being manufactured for EE but the dongle is unlocked to any network.

Return Policy

3)   In case of a brand new item being returned with clear signs of use, the second hand price decided by the seller would be refunded.

4)   In case of opened “sealed” retail packaging being returned, the second hand price decided by the seller would be refunded.
