    Woods
    Grip: In excellent condition, may or may not still be in the plastic 
    Shaft: No signs of any bag wear, no paint chips or scratches 
    Face: May have been hit indoors
    Sole: Impossible to determine if club has been hit
    Crown: Impossible to determine if club has been hit

     Irons/Wedges 
    Grip: In excellent condition, may or may not still be in the plastic 
    Shaft: No signs of any bag wear, no paint chips or scratches 
    Face: May have been hit indoors
    Sole: Still in the plastic, no markings
    Topline: No bag wear marks, clubs may or may not be in the plastic


    10 Mint

     Woods

    Shows virtually no traces of wear and has been hit 1-3 times total. Face will show very little wear and will be tough to notice if any markings have been made

    Grip: In excellent condition, may or may not still be in the plastic 
    Shaft: No signs of any bag wear, no paint chips or scratches 
    Face: Hit only 1-3 times, couple possibly show the slightest amount of wear. Near perfect 
    Sole: Possibly will have slight brush marks 
    Crown: No sky marks or any paint chips

     Irons/Wedges 

    Grip: In excellent condition, may or may not still be in the plastic 
    Shaft: No signs of any bag wear, no paint chips or scratches 
    Face: Only a couple of the irons will have ever been hit with very minimal markings
    Sole: Couple of irons with slight surface scratching
    Top line: No noticeable markings or bag wear
     

    7-9 Average

    These clubs have seen normal use of one-two seasons. May have some small cosmetic markings, but will still look in good used condition

    Woods
    Grip: Still in nice useable condition, no major wear
    Shaft: Shows signs of use, may have small markings or paint scratches
    Face: Shows ball markings and some surface scratching, no major marks
    Sole: Will have surface scratches and possibly paint missing from decals
    Crown: May have slight paint chips or sky marks still in very nice condition 
            

     Irons/Wedges 
    Grip: Still in nice useable condition, no major wear
    Shaft: Shows signs of use, may have small markings or paint scratches
    Face: Shows wear and marks, grooves still sharp
    Sole: Will have surface scratches and possibly paint missing from decals
    Top line: Possible bag wear typical of 1-2 seasons no major dings



    5-6 Below Average

    These clubs have been well used, but not abused. These clubs offer a great value for someone who isn't as interested in cosmetics, but cares about performance

    Woods
    Grip: Grips may or may not need to be replaced
    Shaft: Shafts still in useable condition, may have graphics or paint worn off
    Face: Has scratches on the face consistence with many rounds of golf
    Sole: Typical scratches from many rounds of use, but no major dings
    Crown: Has some paint chips and/or sky marks
     

     Irons/Wedges 
    Grip: Grips may or may not need to be replaced
    Shaft: Shaft still in useable condition, may have graphics or paint worn off
    Face: Browning is present, grooves will show wear but still will preform well
    Sole: Typical scratches from many rounds of use, but no major dings
    Topline: Fair amount of bag wear, may have a larger nick or two on the club

     
     

     

    RETURNS

    Return any certified pre-owned item for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the product for a product exchange or complete refund (of the product price), provided that the return meets the following conditions:

    • Product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns unless stated otherwise.
    • Refunds will be issued for the price that the item was sold for (and any applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless item is damaged during shipment.
    • If item is damaged during shipment please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will first try to replace your item if applicable, otherwise we will offer a full refund of the product as well as pay for the return shipment.
    • Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the items.

     

           Shipping

    • We cannot guarantee that any item will be delivery by a certain date. The estimated delivery date is an estimation provided by Ebay not by Jerry's Golf Balls.
    • We cannot be held accountable for the post office shipping times. If you would like to receive a refund if an item is not received by a specific date there will be a 20% restocking fee and the refund will not be given until we receive the item.
    • If you would like a guarantee that your item will be delivered by a specific you can contact us and pay for overnight shipping.
