We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Direct Debit. If you pay by direct debit, please leave your eBay User ID as payment reference. Some payments make take up to 3 days to be deposited into my account. Please finalise your payment for items within 24 hours of committing to buy.
Shipping / Delivery
We ship within 1 business day of received payment from Melbourne, Victoria. If you order and pay before 2pm AEST, your order will go out the same day. If you require your order urgently, please consider Express Post. It is available on all our listings. We ship using Australia Post only. Small items may not have tracking numbers. We will email you a tracking number if your item is tracked. We don't upload the tracking number to eBay.
Returns
At Click-Mango, we are committed to offering you a safe and pleasant shopping experience. So if something does go wrong, we are here to help you. We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. If you have changed your mind or no longer want the item, you can return the product to us for a refund of your purchase price. Please contact us before returning any items. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. The cost of return postage is at the expense of the buyer.
