We check all our items for manufacturing and the stone quality used in making the item. However in rare case if the item which reached to you is defective or not up to your satisfaction. We provide 100% money back guarantee or exchange.

We will take back the Product if you are not satisfied within 15 days of receipt of the jewelry. Kindly contact us immediately by email for any REFUND/EXCHANGE.
We do not reimburse the shipping cost.

Shipping Mode& Time-

We ship order via International shipping services. We only ship to "Confirmed" PayPal addresses. The Shipping time will be 10-15 days depends upon location. For urgent Shipping kindly mail us so that we will use Fast mode of Shipping which is Chargeable as per Location.

Shipping and Tracking

Once your items are ready to leave our facility a shipping tracking number will be sent to you by email. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Re-sizing Available

Pay & $5.00 extra for re-sizing the ring to size one up or down i.e. +/-1 from the actual size specified above but to re-size the ring to "more than" or "less than" size one there will be  an extra charge of $10.     For Gold Ring the Flat Re-Sizing Fees is $ 10.00

Also the price mentioned above for the Ring is of US Size 7. To make any changes in the size you have to pay according to the terms mentioned above.

Also The Rings are available in all size customer kindly mention the size they required, if customer not mention any size then we use to take US 7 as a standard Ring size.
