    As some of our items are shipped direct from our Warehouse please read the product description as shipping times specific for that product will be mentioned.

    • We are currently shipping to Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, United Kingdom and Europe at this time. For other countries please enquire.
    • Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
    • Some delays may occur during peak times including sale events.
    • Postage transit times are the responsibility of Australia Post or DHL.
    • International orders are sent via Australia Post or another country designated courier, we use Australia Post Pack & Track Pre Paid Satchels and these are charged at cost based on their current pricing.

    We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Direct Debit.  If you pay by direct debit, please leave your eBay User ID as payment reference. Some payments make take up to 3 days to be deposited into our account. Please finalise your payment for items within 24 hours of committing to buy.

  • OUR RETURN POLICY

    Click Mango wants all our customers to be completely and utterly in love with their purchase from us. So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your full priced item, you're welcome to send it back at your cost for a refund or a store credit to pick something else instead!

    Click Mango only refunds for change of mind if the item and packaging return in fully re-saleable condition. Refunds are provided minus initial postage costs. Please note that the credit note can only be used on our online eBay store.

    Please note, Click Mango does not offer refunds for selected sale items and selected pre order items.


    RETURN POLICY CHECKLIST

    In order for us to provide you with a refund or a store credit on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

    • Must be a full-priced or selected sale item (We do not accept returns on selected sale items or items purchased with discount codes and selected pre order items)
    • Be received in its original resell-able condition - unused, undamaged, full packaging and with all tags & original packaging (i.e- shoe boxes) intact.
    • Items must be received within 21 days of receiving the parcel for domestic and 28 days for international orders.
    • We will not process any return of items that are considered used or damaged by you.
    • You must email us BEFORE sending the item back to have the return approved and receive the return instructions and postal address
    • Your store credit will be valid for 3 months

    Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a refund or credit note. Click Mango reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender at cost. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.


    HOW TO RETURN A FULL PRICED ITEM

    All returns must follow this process:

    • Make sure your return meets the above criteria in our Returns Policy and is a full priced item
    • Contact us via eBay Messages and outline the reason for your return.
    • We will then authorize the return and provide further instructions including the returns address
    • Start a RETURN AN ITEM request via eBay and follow their steps provided
    • You must have an account at Click Mango so a refund or the store credit can be applied to your account
    • You print a copy of the email correspondence and circle the option we give you, include this email with your returned item
    • Post the item back to us using an online trackable method such as Australia Post Express Parcel and email us the tracking number
    • Return parcels must include the order number on the back of the parcel with your address
    • Return postage is at your cost and will not be covered by Click Mango
    • All our returns are processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the item, they will then contact you via email to provide you with your refund or credit note.

    HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM

    Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If a product is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. We will not accept any returns outside of this time frame.

    Items that become damaged as a result of normal usage are not considered to be faulty. Click Mango will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal usage or some other reason.

    • Forward a copy of your original order confirmation with photos of your faulty item and clear description. We will then authorize the return and provide further instructions including the returns address.
    • You print a copy of the email correspondence and circle the option we give you, include this email with your returned item.
    • Post the item back to us using an online trackable method such as Australia Post Express Parcel and email us the tracking number.
    • Return parcels must include the order number on the back of the parcel with your address.
    • Please include a receipt for the postage cost with your returned item.
    • Our team will inspect the item and process either a refund, replacement or a credit note.
    • If you are receiving a refund for a Faulty Item, we will also refund the postage cost.
