Back To Base warranty – It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back and we will deliver the replacement.

A proof of purchase will be sending with the item, please keep it, as you will need this for any warranty claim.
When sending an item for repair/replace please remember to add your details so we can find you easily. If possible add a written description of the problem, reason for return.

After the auction is closed, auction winners should contact us within 3 days and payment must be received within 5 days. Any refund, returned of non-defective item(s) is subject to 20% of purchase price restocking charge.
