ABOUT TYVEK
Tyvek is a light weight and strong material, sometimes called 'leather-paper'. Besides paying for itself at the scale, these are great for shipping stuff. Tyvek can't be ripped, torn or punctured. It's waterproof and moisture resistant.
**** The Tyvek mailers come in 3 thicknesses of material, Sub 11, Sub 14 and Sub 18, (18 being the thickest) and many different lengths & widths.
Some have expandable sides adding depth to the mailer. These are called 'expansion' mailers.
***** Tyvek mailers may have tiny print on bottom, back edge. This print is identifying the item as authentic Tyvek. Print may be green, red or blue, sometimes there is no print at all.
***** Only one company makes the tyvek material and that's Dupont, here in the USA.
***** Picture used in this listing is a 'stock photo'. Basically Tyvek is all the same in appearance.
