Quick fit connector  for semi rigid pipe.

The sizes are pipe to thread not thread to pipe

Suitable for hydraulic, water, air etc.

Compatable with John Guest fittings.

Pipe threads are based on the id of the pipe not the actual od of the thread.

See below for approx sizes and conversion so a thread that appears to be around 1/2" or 13mm is actually 1/4 pipe thread. This is general not an absolute so it is up to you to make sure the thread you order is the correct one

Post and packing charges

Please choose the option to suit the speed of service you require bearing in mind that 2nd class can on occasion take a week or more although it is usually 1 to 2 days

Courier charges for next day delivery

 Covers England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Mainland only.

For Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, IoM, RoI. and Northern Ireland etc. you must choose the Ireland postage. If you live in Perthshire ask for quote beforehand as it depends on postcode.

Returns

Buying from a picture sometimes means you do not buy what you were expecting or the size is wrong. In all cases we will accept a return. A full refund less postage will be given providing the goods are returned in an as new saleable condition in the original packaging.

Warranty / Returns

Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user or carrier. You must satisfy yourself that the goods are OK when signing for them. No carrier will accept a claim for damaged goods if they are signed for as OK

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us.

If returning you must make sure the goods are packed properly so that the contents are protected from any shipping damages. Please note that we will not accept returns for merchandise that is not in its original packaging and/or used, unless it is being returned because of a manufacturers' defect. Return postage will be paid by buyer. Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a "signed for" service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. 

Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number, full name and reason for return; otherwise the refund could be delayed.

Terms and conditions.

1.We cannot consider an item as lost until 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) have elapsed in line with Royal Mail Conditions of postage. They allow 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender in case of any delivery problems.

2.Occasionally Royal Mail or our Couriers are unable to deliver an item because no-one was available to sign for the item, or the size of the item meant that it could not be posted through your letterbox.  If you’ve received a card saying Royal Mail are holding an item for you, you must arrange to have it redelivered to your address by contacting Royal Mail. You can arrange through them to have it delivered it to your local Post Office® or you can collect it from the local sorting office yourself. This is your responsibility.

3.For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as undelivered because no one was at home or the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they have already been paid.

4.If the item was with free or included Post & Packaging Charges, we will deduct a post and packing charge from the total price to cover post and packaging charges.

6.Next day courier items only.  If the invoice asks for a telephone number this is so the carrier's van driver has the option of contacting you in case of delivery problems. No responsibility will be accepted for non deliveries if a telephone number has not been given.

7. International posting. Any rules particular to the buyers local postal system are the responsibility of the buyer. Any refunds due to a parcel being returned by the postal system of the buyers country will  be less postal charges.

 

Payment

The following means of payment will be accepted. 

  • Paypal
  • Personal cheque made out to John Hewitt which will take 6 days to clear.
  • Postal order.
  • If paying an echeque through Paypal it can take some time for the payment to clear so it would be far quicker to use an alternative, as no goods will be dispatched until payment has cleared. Why not ring me and pay by card for a quicker dispatch time?
