-Please pay for item(s) won within 3 days, or if unable to pay within 3 days contact for other arrangements

-If you are bidding or watching multiple items, please let us know when you are finished so we can send an invoice with the combined total

-If no payment or contact is made in 3 or 4 days an unpaid or cancel request may be made

-For multiple "Buy It Now" items, add to your cart and click "Request Total From Seller"

-Shipping costs are calculated by weight, and can be seen before making purchase on the "shipping" tab of the auction listing

-All items will be shipping within 1 business day - Items purchased Fri-Sun are shipped Monday.

-Combined shipping is encouraged

-If the shipping cost of an item doesn't seem right, contact us - we may be able to correct it in your invoice before payment is being made.  We charge exact shipping, and don't wish to use the shipping charge to make additional money.

-Returns are allowed within 14 days, return shipping will be paid by the buyer unless item arrives not as described or damaged - likewise original shipping won't be refunded

-Please contact us before opening a case or leaving feedback for any issues, we always resolve issues in your favor.  We strive for 5 star feedback and if you are leaving anything less we would appreciate a chance to make it right first.

-Items that are NEW, either with tags, or in box - can't be opened, damaged or altered in any way if they are being returned, such returns may be refused.
