We accept Paypal only and ship only in the USA.

Payments are due within 3 days of auction end.

Returns are accepted on most items. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If we find that we sent you an item that doesn't meet our description, we will normally refund you your return shipping costs also.

No returns on TV parts. All parts sold here are tested and are in good working condition (unless noted otherwise). Please make sure you have troubleshooted your equipment correctly.

Shipping is usually through USPS but we reserve the right to switch carriers and will use UPS or Fedex when necessary.

Items ship from a remote location, so please be patient. We have never had any problems with speed of shipping, but lest there is a blizzard or ice storm, please be patient.

Some items are sold on consignment. Please leave positive feedback as soon as you can so I can pay my cosigners. I usually don't pay them until I receive positive feedback.
