• ***Vehicles that have a Security System ( Immobilizer System ) will still need to be reprogrammed by a locksmith, dealer or licensed mechanic with programming tools. (Cars usually dated 2000 and up have security system).***
• Not following proper diagnoses and troubleshooting can and will DAMAGE this unit resulting in WARRANTY VOID

• LIFETIME WARRANTY will get activated with a Rebuildable CORE RETURN. *Core Fee may apply ($100.00 up to $250.00) if you don't have a CORE or a Rebuildable CORE.
• Core must be received with the return form included with your invoice by our facility within 14 days of delivery, if Core is not received within the 14 days the Lifetime Warranty will be automatically VOIDED. In the case you need an extension on the core return please contact us.
• The Core must have the same part number as the unit purchased and be in a rebuildable condition in order to qualify for a full core credit if you paid for the Core deposit at the time of purchased.  Partial Core credit is provided for Core with part number different than the unit purchased.  Remanufactured parts and services come with warranty stated on invoice.  You must return your defective part to be inspected and approved before any warranty replacement parts can be shipped.
• Customer is responsible for all warranty shipping cost.
• The warranty is non-trasnferrable.
• All Warranty claims are subject to Auto Computer Doctors approval.
• If you sent your part in to be repaired and your computer is deemed unrepairable, the money paid for the repairs will be applied to one of our remanufactured units.
• Our computers are not for testing purposes. This part is being purchased with the understanding that you have correctly diagnosed your vehicle. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form.  No returns will be accepted without approval.
• This warranty does not cover any defects or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, tampering, collision, negligence, unreasonable use, flood or electrical damage. We are not responsible for any incurred, related to or assume no liability for labor, diagnostics, technical fees, towing claims, rental car charges, lodging, or any other direct or consequential damages arising as a result of this transaction. You can return the unit and get a refund or exchange for another similar with the same unit price. All returns will be subject to a programming fee with computer modules that are in sealed condition.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchased, You must pay for the return shipping cost.

All returns received to us will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee and Programing Fee. We offer warranty replacement exchange on any computer modules that have a currently active warranty. Any product you return must be in the same condition and in the original packing.
