will be through the manufacturer of the product. Customers are
responsible for all shipping expenses for warranty items covered by
manufacturer's warranty.
Returns
Returns
are accepted on most items within 30 days of receiving order. Some items are listed as Local Pickup Only or No Return - these items will not be accepted for refunds. We withhold the right to refuse returned items after the 30 day mark has passed. If an item
was shipped to you incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can get you the correct item asap. If you are unsure if you are purchasing the correct item, please
contact us before purchasing. Buyer
is responsible for return shipping costs, unless reasons for
return are due to our mistake (i.e. item not as described). Please let us

purchase. If you purchase an item that we have listed as "Local Pickup Only," please be aware that we will not set up shipping for these items. Buyer will be responsible for all coordination and costs involved for shipping those items.

Used Wheel Policy
All
new and used wheel and tire packages that are mounted and balanced may not remain balanced due to
shipping. Buyers of mounted wheel and tire
packages are responsible for all costs for rebalancing and
installation. Used wheels have the possibility of becoming corroded on the area that the tire attaches to it, causing a slow air leak. If you buy used wheels, please be aware of this possibility, and please inform the installer if they realize there is a leak with no damage to the tire. The fix for this is grinding the corrosion off the wheel, and replacing the bead seal. Be aware that many tire shops are not aware of this problem and/or fix. Please note this before purchasing used wheels and note that Pilgreen Wheels, Inc. is not responsible for costs associated with this problem, and will not pay for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for this return reason.
