This is an early version of the Parker Sonnet with the thin cap band. The pen was made in France and was produced between 1993 to 1997. This pen has a date code IIP which shows the date of production as the second quarter of 1997.

Filling System Takes Parker style cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included converter.
Color Cascade Silver, silver plated body with a wavy sort of chevron pattern and gold plated trim. This was one of the top-of-the-line versions of the Sonnet.
Nib MEDIUM 18k nib is smooth with nice tipping material with a feed marked X. It's smooth and has just a little flex to it so that it can produce a slightly thicker line with a little pressure.
Condition Near mint condition with some very light microscratching on the cap and barrel and a little wear on the section. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, or plating wear. The nib has been lightly used.
