You are bidding on a WWII era US Army Brigadier General Officer’s Star Rank Insignia.  The insignia is used but is in good condition with some  surface wear and has a light patina.  The insignia has a pin and rolling catch fastener that is in good working order. The insignia is hallmarked “STERLING” and has the American Metal Crafts Co (AMCRAFT), of Attleboro of Massachusetts signature “snowflake” pattern on the reverse.
