This Shelley Tea cup and saucer has no chips or cracks.  I did notice that the purple flowers appear to be blurry looking and if you run your finger over that section the glazing has a rough feel to it.  Is there a possibility that this item is a second? I still think it is a beautiful set and would look great on display.  I tried to include enough pictures for you to decide.  The gold trim is in very good shape.  Saucer is 5 1/2 inches and the cup stands 2 1/4 inches tall.  If you have any questions please email me.
