This listing is for a circa 1920s porcelain set of 9 dinner or service plates by Rosenthal in the Kings Rose pattern. The plates measure 10.25 inches or 26 cm in diameter. The plates have a white ground with a large floral bouquet at the center and a large heavy gold border around it with floral and geometic patterns. The borders of the plates have magenta scalloped cartouches with swags of flowers and the edges are decorated in gold. They are signed on the bottom "ROSENTHAL KINGS ROSE".
The set is in very good condition with no chips or crack, only some minor stack wear. Please see the many photographs for more on the look and condition as they are an important part of the description.
