The original bottle is a one ounce bottle with "CHANEL" and "FRANCE" in raised lettering on the bottom. It is still sealed with some evaporation. It was purchased in the above open boxes and stored at room temperature and out of the light. Why buy a sample? Many website sampling services charge by the quarter ml for vintage Chanel No. 5. I charge by the ml and I charge less. The photo on their website is not the actual bottle they are sampling, so you never know the era of your sample. With mine, you can see the actual decanted bottle for your vintage Chanel purchased at a fraction of the original bottle's cost. Since each parfum bottle ages differently, sampling also allows you to have many different experiences of vintage Chanel, each smelling delicious in its own way!Ships in a box first class USPS. I wrap electrician's tape around the top of each vial before shipping to help prevent leakage. In the unlikely event the vial is broken in transit, please immediately send me a photo for a replacement or if there are no more samples--a refund.
