I purchased this item new, and then only used it on a few trips to the mountains, where I found it just didn't fit my needs.  If you like cameras, you know lenses can be a bit of an addiction.  Includes both Tamron caps front and rear, and Tamron DA08 Lens Hood. Lens is clean inside and out, and shows no signs of use. The lens will be shipped with a UV lens fitted for your safety. No original box, but lens works smoothly and cleanly, and the entire mechanism slides gently fore and rearward as it should. It's a really nice lens, it's just that I'll likely never use it again, but don't let that stop you from shooting your own great images with it!
