We currently only ship our products to the UK.

We normally post non engraved items within 2 days of payment.

With our engraved items it depends on our current engraving workload which varies at certain times of the year, please check our estimated delivery date on the listing page before you buy to ensure that you receive you will receive your order in time.

Please note offering to pay for special delivery does not speed up the dispatch time as we still have to engrave your plaques.

Once your order has been marked as dispatched we are in the hands of Royal Mail normally you will receive you order within 1-3 days, however at certain times of the year this can take up to a week.

All our products are checked before dispatch for quality and workmanship to avoid disappointment.

If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is faulty or we have made a mistake with the engraving/personalisation, we will of course offer you a replacement or a full refund provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt for the UK.

We would ask you to double check any engraving details you submit to us for spelling and typing errors as personalised products because they are made to order cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Just as it is our responsibility that you receive your product, it is also your responsibility to ensure that we receive your return back, so we would suggest sending it back to us recorded delivery post.
