There are many aspects which allow us to authenticate an item, including materials, craftsmanship, unique aspects of a particular model and more. We only buy items for which we can guarantee authenticity.

All items featured on Modaselle.com are guaranteed to be authentic and in the condition described. We guarantee our jewelry matches its described weight and purity. If a customer is ever concerned about the authenticity of an item purchase from Modaselle we are happy to answer any questions they may have and provide information about third party authentication services if necessary. If the item sold by modaselle is ever found to be not authentic by a reputable third party service, we will refund 100% of the purchase price including shipping and any applicable taxes. We believe the brands we work with are more than just a logo. They are symbols of passion, perseverance, beauty and craftsmanship.

RETURNS 

We want you to love your new find! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund within 3 days of delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and contain all original documentation and packaging. Please note: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the item in our store.
