| All travelers are required to have a guest certificate in their name. The seller will issue this based on the ebay user information supplied from ebay. This should be your legal name matching your government issued id. This fee is included in your winning bid. If your information is not correct with ebay or you are sending an alternate traveler you must notify the seller prior to placing your bid. Seller must have the name no late than 20 days from travel. Those that need name change after this will be responsible for the guest certificate fee. ($99) | ||

You will not be required to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property but you will have the benefits that this first class resort offers.
Staying at a vacation resort property has many advantages over the traditional hotel stay.
This is for a 2 bedroom condo based on availability between dates listed above. Please email seller if you are interested in only a few nights or if you need a different size condo. I cannot accept bids outside of ebay but I can set up a custom auction.
Seller is not responsible if buyer does not review all information in the listing including shipping and payment tab. All travel papers are sent via email to the buyer. Please be sure to check your registered ebay/paypal email for this information.
Individual Resorts may require a credit card at check in for security deposit and/or incidentals. All adult occupants must be 21 years old with major credit card. Seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort such as parking, rollaway, beach service, occupancy tax (state of hawaii) or meals.
Individual unit decor may vary slightly from photos as resorts make updates and changes.

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Virginia without regards to conflicts of law principles. Any legal proceeding of any nature brought by either party against the other to enforce any right or obligation under this Agreement, or arising out of any matter pertaining to this Agreement, shall be submitted for trial, without jury, before the state or federal courts located in James City County, Virginia. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
