Here we have a steering wheel removed from a VW Polo coupe

it is a plastic / foam wheel in fair condition. the foam has come away from the inner metal so does flex under hand movement the silver band that sits below the horn push has been painted black and there is a cut / split in the wheel at the top

Also there is a piece of plastic missing from the rear normally a lug there
