Mamiya 135mm f4.5 TLR lens. In good cosmetic and functional condition, but the glass is in poor condition (see below). Sold for spares or repair.

Externally the lens is excellent, it has only minor general signs of wear and tear. The rear elements of both the taking and viewing lenses have a strange blemishing on the inside, best seen in picture 7. It's not fungus, and it doesn't clean off (I've opened up the lens to try). The front elements don't suffer from this (they are in very nice condition), so I can only assume there's some sort of coating on the rear element that has aged badly. The aperture and shutter blades are clean and free of oil  and open and close correctly. The cocking lever and shutter release are working fine, as is the aperture control. The flash sync socket it working.

I have checked the shutter speeds by ear and visually and they seem good, though I have not measured them with a timer. I have not tested it on a camera but I think it's safe to assume the issue with the glass will affect performance noticeably. Would make an excellent lens if the rear elements of each lens could be replaced.

Shipping

I usually post the next working day after receiving Paypal payment (if paying by Echeque, I will wait until it clears before posting). In the UK this will be sent by Royal 1st Class Signed For delivery. International bidders are very welcome, however if your country doesn't appear in the shipping options then I'm afraid I don't ship to your country. Please make sure to select your country in the shipping options to see the correct details for price and delivery times etc.

International bidders please note - as a rough guide, delivery from the UK usually takes between five days and two weeks, depending on what part of the world you are in, but it can sometimes take longer than this, so please be aware of this before bidding. Once it has left the UK there is nothing I can do to make the delivery go faster, it is up to your national postal service/customs office etc. Any import tax/duties in your country are your responsibility to pay.

I try to photograph and describe my items as accurately as possible, and package them very carefully, however in the unlikely event of any problem please let me know immediately. Happy bidding!
