We can ship lithium batteries to customers in remote or offshore locations (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands) - Please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Returns and Warranty information


All of our batteries are checked and tested upon delivery. We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your new battery, however in the unlikely event of any problem arising we offer a free, hassle free returns process. Should any problem arise within 30 days of purchase simply contact us to arrange a return, replacement or refund.

We also offer a 12 month warranty on all of our original batteries (Subject to the terms outlined below)

1. Our warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or 365 charge cycles (whichever comes first) on the initial battery purchased from us. Subject to the part being fitted correctly and normal daily use (1 full charge per day).
2. We will replace any battery which becomes defective within the above time frame.
3. All defective batteries must be returned to us and not show any visible signs of damage (including puncturing/swelling etc).
4. It is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost of returning any defective batteries to us (after the initial 30 days return period). We will cover the cost of sending out the warranty replacement.
5. This warranty is not transferrable.


Please be sure that you are ordering the correct part for your device as "Buyer Error" returns will only be accepted (at the buyers expense) if item has not been used/fitted and all seals/security stickers are in tact.
