It is black plastic and fits/seals snuggly so no water will get in. Looks very clean when installed and gives you that JDM look that no one else has! Very easy to install in 5-10 minutes!

*** Note - take a quick glance at your antenna and make sure it is the teardrop shape like the plate in this picture. If yours has the rectangle shaped antenna, this wil not fit properly. This also will only fit on LHD vehicles. Thanks!
